Hello Friend,
I’m Molly Finch, a certified Holistic Counsellor, Meditation Therapist, and Psychotherapist based in Fremantle.
I specialise in somatic therapy and mind-body healing, supporting adults and teenagers (15+) to reconnect with their body, emotions, and inner wisdom.
I founded Mind Habitat to create a safe and deeply connective space where you are truly seen and heard, and feel empowered to address the root causes of your struggles.
My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy — blending psychotherapy with holistic, mind-body techniques to help you release the past, heal trauma, and cultivate joy, presence, and more confidence in your life.
My Approach
I offer trauma-informed, somatic and psychotherapeutic counselling that blends person-centred therapy with mind–body practices and evidence-based approaches including psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy, ACT and CBT. My focus is on supporting your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being in a deeply holistic way.

I offer men’s therapy that supports men who want to understand themselves more fully—emotionally, mentally and somatically. Through a trauma-informed, somatic and psychotherapeutic approach, I help men explore their inner world, communicate with greater clarity, break old patterns, and feel more grounded, capable and connected in their lives and relationships.

Having struggled with intense anxiety for years, I understand just how debilitating, frustrating, and exhausting it can be. Looking back, I’m deeply grateful that I trusted my intuition and took the first step on my healing journey—transforming unhealthy patterns and reclaiming my life. Ever since, I’ve been passionate about helping others do the same, showing them that healing is possible and that they have the power within themselves.
Holistic counselling & psychotherapy, with its person-centered approach, is incredibly effective—not just for overcoming anxiety but for empowering you to create a fulfilling and balanced life.
